Sarah's Reviews One lap No excuses

Amazing it was to start this epic journey

Sarah had fears of jeopardy on

Saturday 3rd of April the dreadful thought of

postponing her starting date because of

doctor’s orders.  Sarah had been in overdrive

for weeks in preparation for Sunday

Early mornings and  long days went into

 long nights.

The phone did not stop with importance

for sponsors to communicate organizing and

co-coordinating with her support crew and

vehicles, was a daunting task for Sarah but

 just another step forward

“Where is Sarah getting her strength and courage from?.

Without warning on Friday, Sarah came down with a cold

which she didn’t need at this precious time, so on

Saturday a quick run to the doc gave Sarah a shock she

did not expect when he advised her to postpone the

starting date ”Not on your life Sarah said”

I’m dying to get on the road and I will run ahead

of any bug, as there is only one way to lose my ambition

and dream of being the first woman to run round this

great country is to quit and I am not a quitter…lets do it ,

"we are going to the Opera House in the morning"

Excitement grew amongst her crew and within hours in

Picton NSW the vehicles were pointed in the Sydney

direction for an early start on Sunday 4th of April 2010
